- About Me:
- Currently working as Amnesty International Aotearoa NZ's National Freedom Week Coordinator and interning with Oxfam NZ's Climate Change Campaign which is keeping me quite busy!
Moved to Auckland from the northeastern part of the USA, from a state called Maine which borders Canada, where I was working on state level energy and global warming policy and education. I was also trained through The Climate Project and am continually inspired, impressed, and motivated by these dedicated and passionate individuals working for change. I waited to move until after the election and am hopeful that the US can regain some respect globally by taking bold action to address climate change in the new administration!
I am excited to meet other like-minded and passionate people ready to tackle the planetary challenges we face today and learn more about what is happening here in NZ. When possible, I also like to be outside cycling, tramping (hiking), camping, skiing, and playing soccer!
