PARK(ing) Day comes to NZ on 18 Sept 09. Collaborate to temporarily transform metered parking spots into PARK(ing) spaces: temporary public parks. Design cities that make people happy. Less cars. More bikes+walking+open spaces. Join to be involved!
350.org.nz launches the NZ conversation to meet the challenge of stabilising atmospheric GHG concentrations at 350ppm...inviting New Zealander's to get involved in the international effort to protect our climate.
Seeding the idea of re-appropriating the meaning of the Queen's Birthday Weekend Holiday to a day that celebrates our treasured land - in its true form - as a gift.
