Hey Amelie,

welcome to intersect, I'm organising a volunteer web team for www.350.org.nz and it would be great to have an illustrator on board. Let me know if you would like more information about the project.

cheers,
Joshua

About Me:
*amelie is an illustrator who lives with her family in Wellington, New Zealand – home of art and coffee loving people. usually she is trying to find balance between a creative life and playground visits – being a mum inspired her to take these experiences and create illustrations for children and adults alike. when amelie is not conquering everyday life challenges like applying first aid to a bleeding kids knee, hunting for dust mites or playing sock memory with her kids Luna and Noah, she is busy manifesting loveable quirky characters onto paper and canvas. having fun doing so and sharing happy feelings to the viewing public is her philosophy
Areas of interest and expertise
good children's book illustrations, flashy websites, awesome colourful paintings, inspirational carvings, crafts, green architecture, zines and everything homemade, sustainability and digging in my garden

The scheme started in April 2009 with two mountain bikes, complete with safety gear.

The initiative has advantages for both parties. Bicycles are cheaper for the dealership to buy, service and insure, and customers get that little nudge that might convince t… Continue

Greener grilling!!

Sologear's uGO FlameDisk is an eco-friendly grilling option that employs solid ethanol as its fuel source and lights instantaneously with the touch of a match, no lighter fluid required. Users simply peel off the device's protective… Continue
